The Welder Specialist program prepares students for careers in welding fabrication, oil refineries, pipe fitting and pipe welding and other careers related to welding. Stick & Pipe Welding

The Stick and Pipe Welding program prepares students for careers in welding fabrication, pipe fitting and pipe welding and other careers related to welding. The student will learn to develop skills, attitudes and competencies in welding processes including oxy-fuel cutting, and shielded metal arc welding. Students will receive training in welding safety, blueprint reading, layout and fabrication and will learn how to use oxy-fuel gas and electric arc metal cutting equipment.
